We shopped for quite a while looking for a double jogger, and are really glad we found this Schwinn stroller. It has solid construction, is comfortable for the kids, has great features and is an *outstanding* value. The stroller truly exceeds our expectations, especially for the price.

If you're in the market for a double jogger in this configuration (side-by-side with a fixed front wheel), you can't go wrong.
We got ours from babyage.com for $149.99 shipped, which is substantially less than any other stroller of similar quality and an incredible bargain. The Schwinn features rugged construction and it's got some great features.
The stroller has a fixed front wheel, but still steers reasonably well. Some people might like a swivel, but we're used to the fixed wheel from our single jogger, and prefer the solid tracking of a fixed front wheel.
We were surprised and especially pleased with the built-in clear canopy that's zippered into the folding hood. It pulls down and fastens quickly to keep out rain, wind and cold. It's much better than an add-on cover -- always available, yet out of the way. It also lets us use the stroller in almost any weather - the kids stay cozy and comfortable even on a very cold day.
Other features: A small parent "pouch" that can be detached from the handle. Zippered pocket/pouches on the backs of both seats.
Complaints: None really. Any "issues" are related to the type of stroller. It doesn't have a true "parent tray" like you might expect on a mall stroller. It's wide, as you'd expect from any side-by-side jogger that can take kids up to 50 lbs. Seatbacks adjust with straps, which can be a bit time consuming. It's not the lightest jogger, but it's strong.
Addendum (responding to questions/comments): The stroller is easy to fold once you figure out the relatively simple mechanism. It's still pretty bulky when closed, but that's not unexpected for a side-by-side jogger with solid construction and lots of features. The rear wheels detach easily with a simple finger-switch, and the front wheel has a quick-release if space is really tight.
If you need a light, compact jogger, this is not the right stroller. But for us, it has an excellent overall blend of sturdy construction (suitable for light trail use), good handling, comfort and features. We do fold it up and toss it in the back of our minivan quite often without any problems, but anyone who needs to transport their stroller regularly in a smaller vehicle should look for a more compact, lighter-duty alternative.
Assembly probably took an hour or so with a few hand tools and lots of "assistance" from two small children. It's a well-engineered stroller that goes together pretty easily.
Each seat has a five point harness and is adjusted with straps. This does provide infinite adjustment within the travel range, but it can be time-consuming to adjust.
