Pros: Very good sound, especially at this price point
Cons: Make sure they will fit in your vehicle
The Bottom Line: If you like Infinity's bright sound, shop around and find a set for $100 or so, and you won't be disappointed.

| djdjohnson's Full Review: Infinity Reference 605cs Car Component System |
I have REF605CS speakers in both of my vehicles... for a good reason... at this price point I don't think you can get better sound.
Bass is precise and not overbearing, highs are crisp and clean. Overall sound is pretty smooth, especially when you consider the price of these speakers.
These speakers, like most Infinity's have a somewhat bright sound to them. Not everybody likes that, but if you like your sound to be very crisp, these speakers are probably for you.
One thing to watch out for: these are larger than most other 6.5" speakers. Make sure you have a little bit of extra room around the outside of the hole because you will probably need it. Not only that, these are deeper than many other speakers to accommodate the large magnet. And don't forget that since these speakers use crossovers you will need room for those as well. I wouldn't recommend installing these in shallow doors.
But if you like a bright sound, and have the space for these speakers, you won't be disappointed.
