worst home theater ever - Insignia NS-S2002

This product is simply useless,
I brought it and when I plugged in it doesn't read the dvd's or cd's.
Went to best buy to exchange it and the new one wouldn't work either.
DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING IT, its cheap but it doesn't work, I should have read the reviews over the web before buying..
