I'm getting married myself next month; maybe we'll whip up some of these lovely concoctions to celebrate. Congratulations and great review--I like the little warning about how the recipes may not be so good for the waistline.
Alas...why aren't all the luscious things health food? :)

Only problem is...I'm trying to lose a little weight right now, and reading your dessert descriptions was almost torture. ;)

It's no wonder you get such bad cramps with all the saturated fat you eat~! The Omega 3's won't have a chance of helping you until you balance your intake of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids (6's are vegetable oil and such based products) AND you cut out as much saturated fat as you can. I would advice you look for a healthier cookbook!

What, you don't think I eat like this all the time, do you? :) I couldn't have lost 30 pounds eating fatty food all the time. I think I deserve to splurge for the wedding festivities! (Actually, I only regained 2 pounds, despite stuffed lobster and truffles...)
