I purchased the Intelli Bed in June of 2005 at the Scottsdale, Arizona Intelli Bed store, which no longer exists. At first, my husband and I were so excited! After serious back problems my husband thought we had finally found a mattress that would help him sleep without waking up in pain. It was great for about the first 18 months.

I am about 120 lbs and my husband is about 250lbs. After only 18 months two very deep"sink holes" occurred where we sleep every night causing us to roll into them. At that time we began the process of trying to get a replacement because of their so called "great 20 year warranty".

It has now been over three years since the date of purchase and I still don't have a replacement. When I called, they acted like they had never heard of such a problem. I guess they don't read on-line reviews on their own product. They also made it almost impossible to take care of the problem by telling me that I would have to ship it to Salt Lake City where it can be inspected to find out if it is even covered by the warranty and that would take weeks. I am very frustrated and for the person that thought everyone was talking about Intelli Gel, well I can assure you I am not. I am referring to Intelli bedand it is my guess that everyone else on this website is too. If you notice, those that LOVE their Intelli Bed have only have had it for a few months. Give them a year or two and I bet they will be writing a whole new review.
