Pros: Sleeps great when it holds air Self inflating
Cons: Expensive Lots of seam holes Lack of backing from company on their product
I have the memory foam queen air bed. We paid almost 200 bucks for this thing. It is very comfortable to sleep on but it is too bad the thing is faulty. There seems to be a new hole every day and it is always on the oval shaped seam. My husband doesn't think they were heat sealed correctly. I called them and they said they don't have any reports of these being flawed, I said read the Internet and you will see many unhappy customers. He said unless enough people call in they will not do a recall, so here is the number call and complain because these are faulty. I do not think they will actually do a recall but they should at least hear the complaints. I did get through to Customer service in a matter of minutes and they were not rude in anyway, but not helpful either. Maybe more consumers need to let these companies know when a product didn't perform the way it was expected to. I will not buy another Intex product. If you are thinking of buying one, DONT!
