All these tax programs have the same problems for the consumer. If you have very little in the way of income, expenses, etc., they are o.k. to use. If you have some major tax questions or need help on technical items, they are not worth the money spent on them. For example, if you are in the Military and want to see how much of your income is tax free you need expert help that is not covered in these tax programs. We recommend that anyone in the Military go to http://www.rebates4you.com/pages/IRS.html for help. Did you forget to see if you qualify for Earned Income Credits or for the Advanced Earned Income Credits for this year? You might be leaving a lot of money on the table that could be refunded to you for last year and previous years. Millions of people qualify for Earned Income Credits, but a lot of people know nothing about the credits.
