Don't waste your money

Pros: Cheap, and that's all.

Cons: Really poor performance.

Got a great deal on this at $13 plus a $5 mail-in rebate, but I hate it. It went in the drawer a couple of days after I gave it every opportunity to perform at even a barely acceptable level.

The "4d ball" is very, very sensitive when it works (to the point that suddenly you don't know where you are and how you got there), and when it doesn't work, well, it just plain doesn't work. Converting it to a track ball is even worse. Worst track ball I have ever laid an index finger on.

Trust me; I'm not lying here. Do not waste even a few bucks on this thing. Want a good mouse? My friend and co-worker Jerry swears by the Logitech Dual-Optical mouse. "You'll never go back," he says. That's my next purchase, even if it is $30 at the best price I can find.
