Just as your body needs that occasional boost of extra nutrition, you lawn needs a little oomph once in a while too. Especially as the dry summer bleaches it out, or extremely wet weather depletes the nitrogen from the soil. The nice thing about Ironite is the fact that, used properly, it will not burn your lawn or any other plant material you use it for.

Ironite carries a 1-0-1 rating and is a granule fertilizer supplement. It gives the nutrients and trace elements back to the soil, helps correct iron deficiency, and develops stronger and deeper root systems. You can use it on the lawn, shrubs, trees, flowers, or in your garden. You can use it indoors or outdoors.
If you are going to have a garden party or even have your home on the market to sell, it gives a 40% quick release for fast greenup, with 60% slow release to build the root zones. A portion [.25%] is soluble and provides the rapid greening to the plant it is applied to. The only time I've seen any burning of the lawn when using this product is when someone accidentally dumped the applicator on the lawn. Even when you try to clean it all up, the damage is already done. However, this was localized damage and easily repaired with a few strips of sod. General use will not burn.
Used in conjunction with other products, it is great to use Ironite to core fertilize your larger trees. We used it for some old Oak trees that had seen better days since they were adjacent to a parking lot and were not receiving all the soil nutrients they needed. In a very short period of time, they responded well to the feeding and immediately started greening up.
Another great use is in your beds of shrubs that require a high iron content. Between watering, rain, and growth of the shrubs, iron can be quickly used up in the soil. A little Ironite will help that situation immediately and also provide some long term effects.

The Iron Sucrate provides sustained greening in any soil condition.
Naturally the coverage you get depends on what you use it for. For a lawn the 20 pound box covers 2,000 square feet. Instructions on the container give the ratio needed for the intended use. It comes in many different container sizes.
As with all products, keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry area. Use proper safety measures when using any chemical like gloves, masks, eyewear.
