I wasn't a huge fan of pulled pork until I ate my first sandwich using Ciabatta bread and Fiesta cheese while on vacation last month.  My cousin's brother in law fixed the most delicious sandwich and I've added it to my menu since I've returned from my travels during the months of June and July.  

Jack Daniel's Old Time Quality Seasoned and Cooked Pulled Pork with Jack Daniel's Barbecue Sauce, 16 ounces, is absolutely the most delicious pulled pork I've ever ate and let me say, I can founder myself on it.

The taste is so delicious.  It's mouthwatering.  It has the right "bite" to it that, the right texture, the right amount of BBQ sauce and the right amount of everything that's a winner - at least, it is for me.

The pork is fully cooked so I just heat and serve.  I do add a bit of honey barbecue sauce for my 2 year old granddaughter and she'll eat every bite.

The pork is sealed in a bag and comes in a tray.  I puncture the bag and will heat on high for 2-3 minutes.  I've also cooked it on power level 3 for a few minutes but it seems to take longer to get hot when I cook it this way.  I stick to high and it cooks to perfection.  Do not put the tray in your oven and cook it.  You can cook it in your oven though if you follow the directions on the back of the tray's sleeve.

Once it's heated, I remove it from the bag and put it in the tray and then transfer the pork to Ciabatta bread - the bottom piece.  I'll spread some grated Fiesta cheese on top and stick it in my toaster oven to melt.  Once it's melted, I'll cut on the diagonal and dig in.  I usually have an ear of fresh corn prepared in the hull (shuck) in my microwave to go along with my sandwich.  My cousin's brother-in-law taught me how to fix corn like this too.

One ear of corn still in the husk is cooked on high for 2 minutes in the microwave and then the top part is cut off.  Using something to protect your hands from the heat of the corn, squeeze from the bottom upwards and the corn slides out of the husk minus the silks/strands.  How amazing is that?  I'm sure most people already know that but for me, it was an eye opener.

I prefer the Ciabatta bread with Jack Daniel's pulled pork but I'm sure it's just as good with your choice of bun.  Add your own side dishes and you have a meal that tastes like the rich heritage of southern cooking - cooked to perfection!

Overall, the juicy pulled pork is cooked to perfection with Jack Daniel's Barbecue Sauce (but you can experiment with our BBQ sauces) and the meat is so tender it practically melts in your mouth.  It's perishable so keep refrigerated.

It's not the most healthy of foods but for the occasional use, dig in and enjoy.
