I have to admit that I watched the infomercial and decided to buy this machine based on that. How embarrassing!!!

This machine came in a couple hundred pieces and I was intimidated when I first tried to figure it out. The commercial showed a super easy to use machine and here I was lost and confused. Once I figured how to use this, including the key to install the blade and putting everything in its proper place, I was ready to put the food in. The commercial stated that it didn't waste much food, and that it was almost purely juice. This juicer wastes a LOT of food. I like to incorporate spinach in to my juices and it wastes a ton. What I suggest is that you do the spinach first, and then take the stuff that shoots out the back and freeze it to make a lovely spinach dip later on.

The infomercial shows them stick the pieces into the dish washer and it comes clean. This was not the case when I tried it. You have to scrub everything first then stick it in the dishwasher and it works, but do not stick the pieces in without a good scrub!
