We have trains all over our house, every room, every table, everywhere!!! Why did we need this James Goes Buzz Buzz set? Because this is the only way to get James with a heat sensitive red nose, Boco, the special turntable, and the cute little apple trees.
This set comes with lots of extra track (or a complete small track by itself if you are just starting your Thomas the Tank Collection.) There are 2 cute little apple trees that sit along side of the tracks for added color. The special turntable is kind of plain, basic wood without the bright colors that are usually included on Learning Curve Products. It still adds hours of fun and very functional.
Also included is the James Goes Buzz Buzz video. Many cute stories about Thomas, James, and all their friends on the Island of Sodor.
A special edition James with a red nose train and coal car are also in this set. When you touch James' nose, it is heat sensitive and turns red. The idea behind this is that in the video James gets stung by a bee and his nose turns red.
If your child ever asks for a Boco Train, you better grab this set while it is still available. Boco is retired and this is the only way to get one. I even called Learning Curve about a warranty replacement (more info. about the warranty is in the next paragraph) for our Boco who got chewed up by the dog...they will replace it with another train of equal value because this one is NO longer available individually.
My son LOVES all of his Learning Curve products and they all hold his attention for many hours. He loves to build the tracks, make up his own train stories (similar to what he hears in the videos), and even loves to just count his trains.
I love this set because it is very educational for any toddler. It provides endless activities and helps small children use their imagination to create new scenes. All Learning Curve products carry a lifetime guarentee. If for any reason (dog chews up peices, paint cracks, you step on something and break it) you just call the 800 # enclosed with all of their products or go to www.learningcurve.com on the web and they will send you a replacement. The warrany makes this set (and all Learning Curve products) worth the extra money.
