is a tour my kids would LOVE! It would be hard to pass up buying a ton though!
I LOVE about 20 of the flavors and so do all my other family members ~ only each person likes different ones!! LOL

a year or so ago, while in Wisconsin. They were just moving their plant there, from Chicago or Illinois, I believe. I hope to tour that one of these days as Wisconsin is a frequent stop for us.

Just wanted to point out that the Pleasant Prairie, WI site is a warehouse where you get carted by various video screens. You do still get a sample bag at the end, plus access to every flavor/variety of candy. The tasting bar is a nice bonus.

...visit the Factory Outlets in Vacaville, about 8 miles closer to Sacramento. There, they have a genuine Ghirardelli store where there are sold big boxes of "Seconds"; as in those 2" square treats. These are sold by the (larger) box for a pittance.
