I LOVE this thing

Pros: Good downdraft.
Easier to clean than I expected.
Oven temperature is true.

Cons: Regulating grill temperature takes practice
Installing the downdraft may not be for the faint of heart.

I never thought I'd have so much fun with an appliance. First off, I love how it looks. Simple controls, simple handles, simple grates. Next, I really like the oven features - two timers, built-in probe, three racks, convection, the works... I cook with cast iron pans so I really appreciate the cast iron burners too. We invite our friends over and we all think up things to cook on the grill, stovetop or in the oven! When we're done, I take it apart, wipe it out, wash it up and we're ready to do it again.
