Pros: Casual styling; back armor; price
Cons: light armor in shoulders and elbows; limited options (only comes in black)
The Bottom Line: bottom line - if you don't want to look like a circus clown, and like basic black - consider this jacket.

| vmxdry's Full Review: Joe Rocket Orbit Jackets |
I ride a 1996 Honda Nighthawk 750 - it is a standard bike - somewhere in between the front-leaning "crotchrockets" and low-slung cruising bikes that everyone seems to be riding.. I like to ride, but I'm not sure that I want to identify with the image that either of these styles represent.. With that in mind, I recently bought myself the Orbit jacket, and I'm totally thrilled with it.
I bought this jacket for a couple of reasons: (1) style - it doesn't look like a motorcycle jacket with big, bulky pads and bright, neon stripes and such... (2) price - this jacket retails for under $100 and (3)versatility - this jacket offers several configurations to adjust the amount of air flow it will allow to the user. The back armor is removeable, as is the liner.
This jacket has been as comfortable to me on 90 degree days as it has been on 60 degree days.
