Miraculous Recovery isn't miraculous, but it's worth the $7!

Pros: Makes hair more shiny, more manageable, and less frizzy.
Cons: Is a little pricey (about $7), and I did not achieve 'Miraculous' results.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend John Frieda Frizz-Ease Miraculous Recovery Conditioning Treatment, because it does help frizzy, dry hair. It is recommended for straight or curly hair.

John Frieda Frizz-Ease Miraculous Recovery Conditioning Treatment (that's a mouthful) is ideal for people who have hair that is prone to dryness and frizziness. This product comes in a 4 oz. container. Mine is in a clear bottle. I purchased this product from my local Walgreens drugstore for about $7.00 (US).
John Frieda claims that this "deep-penetrating formula mends, strengthens and glosses severely dry, damaged hair. Dramatically improves condition, texture and reflective qualities of hair."
My hair is naturally thick, curly, and very frizzy. I saw a commercial for John Freida products, and the words, "Frizz-Ease", caught my attention. I decided to give this leave-in conditioner a try.
The directions on the bottle tell you 'after shampooing, squeeze out excess moisture. Apply a generous amount of conditioner and distribute evenly, from roots to ends.'
For dry, damaged hair: leave on for 5-10 minutes.
For severely frizzy, distressed hair: wrap hair in a warm, wet towel. Leave on for up to 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
John Frieda Frizz-Ease Miraculous Recovery Conditioning Treatment isn't supposed to be your daily conditioner, but it is meant to be used once a month, a few times a month, or weekly, depending on how damaged your hair is.
I bought this product about three weeks ago, and my first impression of it, when I opened the bottle, is that it smells very good. It smells like a hair salon. After shampooing, I applied about a quarter-sized amount of conditioner. I made sure to distribute it evenly, from roots to ends. I used a little more conditioner on the ends of my hair, since that is where I blow-dry it the most, and so I figured that part is probably more damaged. The conditioner felt no different than my regular conditioner, and I did not notice a difference in my hair right away. I let the conditioner set in my hair for about 5 minutes before rinsing it out. As soon as I got out of the shower I combed my hair, and it still didn't feel different than it usually does after showering. However, when I blow-dried my hair straight with a round brush, it was less frizzy than usual, and more shiny. When my hair was completely dry, it felt wonderfully smooth. The ends of my hair have been more shiny and beautiful since I started using this conditioner, and I attribute that to the deep-conditioning aspect of this product. Since my first use of John Frieda.......Treatment, I have been using the conditioner once a week, and my hair is more shiny, smooth, and less frizzy than it was before I started this treatment.
The reason I have only given John Frieda Frizz-Ease Miraculous Recovery Conditioning Treatment four stars is because although my hair condition, texture, and "reflective quality" has improved, the improvements have not been dramatic, as the bottle states. But for only $7, I am still very pleased with this conditioner, and plan to continue using it.
