iluvbirds's Full Review: John Frieda Frizz Ease Straight Answer Straighteni...
I'm sure I'm not the only girl in the world that has spent countless dollars on beauty products. For me, most of my mad money goes toward hair products. Yep, while all of my girlfriends are out buying lipsticks, eyeliners and perfumes I can usually be found in the hair care isle. What am I looking for? I'm looking for something to turn my curly, frizzy, dry locks into a sleek, shiny, beautiful head of hair. The last product I purchased was not the miracle I was looking for so it's back to the drawing board for me. Meanwhile, though, I thought I would share some information about this product with all of you. The name of this product is Frizz Ease Straight Answer Straightening Spray. Scroll down the page with me and I'll tell you all about it.
~A Few Words From Frizz Ease~
~Ingenious blow-dry spray softens, defrizzes and keeps hair straight without the weight.
~Delivers straight style with glossy, glass-like shine.
~Developed with Inner Smoothing Technology to penetrate strands, smoothing and straightening from the inside and out.
~Increases manageability and controls frizz as it leaves hair noticeably soft and shiny.
~Transforms frizz-prone hair into silky, straight and sleek hair.
~An amazing style companion to your blow-dryer that's easy to use.
~Product Presentation~
Straight Answer is dispensed in a 6.7 fl. oz. spray bottle. The liquid itself is clear and smells somewhat like alcohol to me. It has a nice scent to it, too, but it doesn't cover up the definite alcohol odor. However, after the hair is dry the alcohol smell disappears. The product goes on the hair light and combs through with ease. The liquid flows nicely through the spray nozzle and clogging doesn't seem to be a problem.
~Directions For Use~
Shake well. Spray liberally throughout towel-dried hair from roots to ends and underneath. Comb through to distribute evenly. Blow-dry hair straight with a styling brush.

~My Experience~
Another one bites the dust. I don't know if it's my hair or the product, but this just wasn't what I thought it would be. Most of the time I use a flat iron to straighten my hair, but I thought Straight Answer would be nice for those days when I didn't feel like going to all that trouble. After all, what could be easier than spraying this on and blow drying the hair into a straight style? That's what I thought, anyway.
The fact is that Straight Answer was more trouble than it was worth. I followed the directions to a tee and what I got was weighed down, frizzy and dirty looking hair. I had to rewash my hair to get the spray out and break out the straightening iron, anyway. So what normally would have taken me an hour to do, took a good two hours. This spray didn't do a thing to tame my frizzies and it definitely didn't have any straightening effect on my hair.
Will I purchase this again? No, I won't. I'm not saying that it's a bad product, but it just didn't work for me. Would I recommend this to a friend? Most of the Frizz Ease products that I've used have been pretty decent and I usually do recommend them. This one, however, is not one of those.
