| JBesignano's Full Review: John's Pizzeria |
The best pizza ever. Without a doubt. I've been eating at John's since I was a little kid. My parents used to take me there after I would meet them at work. The style of pizza there has shaped what I consider good pizza to this day.
In most pizza places you find that people who make it tend to put too much cheese on it. There should be a happy medium between the cheese to sauce ratio. John's has that happy medium. Enough cheese to satisfy those who crave the gooey stuff, and enough sauce to satiate those who like their pies red.
Another wonderful part of John's pizza is the crust. There are many different schools on pizza crust. Ranging from deep dish Chicago style to thin New York style, and everything in between. In all my travels up and down the east coast, I have never been able to find a match for the thinness of John's pizza crust.
If you like your pizza with a paper thin crust and a good cheese to sauce ratio then John's is the place i recommend to you. I don't know much about toppings there because I like my pizza plain, but I'm sure it is as high quality as the rest of the ingredients used.
