Opinion Summary
"The light music of whisky falling into a glass - an agreeable interlude" Part IV
by headlessparrot | Sep 05 '06
Pros: Delicious, fairly complex, capturing the best of both worlds - single malt and blend
Cons: Minor quibbles: price, arguably less than the sum of its parts.

About three months ago, I was in a Fourth Street bistro (literally, Annabelle's Bistro) in San Francisco, having a drink before dinner. I noticed at the change of shift behind the busy counter, a bottle of Green Label was being passed around. My waitress came up behind me, touched me on the back, and said:

"Danny is introducing that into the bar, and everyone is having a sip. Two hours, and it's almost gone."

Sounds like a reinforcement of your recommendation.
