All of us love to have a nice smile and some of us hardly have to do anything to keep our teeth bright and clean. Then there are those of us that have to go to the dentist twice weekly, brush, floss, and use all sorts of instruments of torture just to have a fair looking smile.
Then there are those of use that have to visit Dr. Drillmore on what seems like a daily basis just to keep our smiles.
Something that I have been using for years has helped me not to have to sit through some of the tortures that Dr. Drillmore can think of. That something is Johnson & Johnson Stim-U-Dent Plaque Removers, these handy toothpick looking items help with plaque removal. Plaque is something that causes tooth decay and needs to be removed on a daily basis, if not then you are in for many dental bills.
The Johnson & Johnson Stim-U-Dent Plaque Removers come 100 sticks in a matchbook size box. They are perfect for slipping to your purse, pocket or keeping in your desk drawer at work.
The Johnson & Johnson Stim-U-Dent Plaque Removers are flat with a pointed end. It is recommended that you moisten the pointed end in your mouth for a few seconds and then work the stick between teeth gently remembering to keep the flat side toward to gum. If it won’t fit, don’t force it.
The tip will start fanning out which makes it excellent for cleaning around the gumline. It is a gentle yet very effective cleaning tool.
Tenderly work the stick in an out between your teeth and then around the gums to gently remove the plaque buildup.
At first this seemed to be too take too much of my time and I just didn’t care for the feel. I made myself stick with this for two weeks and my mouth and gums felt so much better.
After using for six months it was time for my dental cleaning and checkup with Dr. Drillmore. He was amazed at how well my teeth and gums were looking and I didn’t have nearly the amount of plaque that I had had in the past.
The main thing I didn't like is the box doesn't stay sealed well. Now how petty can one be!
