Great stage debate!!

I really like these bottles but my concern is that I bought the multi-pack stage 1 bottles and the nipples are too slow for my 4 month old. We have only used these bottles twice. I am now looking for stage 2 replacement nipples/collars and I am finding that I have to buy brand new stage 2 bottles and nipples because the stage 2 nipples don't fit the stage 1 bottles. I just started supplementing him with formula so I'm not concerned about nipple confusion. I don't want to have to go buy all brand new bottles and nipples. If anyone knows if this is false and there are replacement collars for stage 1 bottles and stage 2 nipples please e-mail me. If I am correct, I think that it would be wonderful if there could be replacement collars for this type of situation. Thanks!!
