Pros:Light and clean with a romantic floral scent and very affordably priced.
Cons:Because it's an inexpensive "drug store" brand, recipients might not appreciate it as a gift.
The Bottom Line: I love the light, clean, floral fragrance and even though it's an inexpensive brand, it always brings compliments.
I am not someone who likes to drown herself in a scent. I personally prefer the clean, light fragrance of soap. But if I am going to wear a fragrance, Jontue by Revlon is the cologne I will wear.

In high school and college, I wore Chanel No. 5. However, when I started to date my husband, I realized that his mother also wore Chanel No. 5 and there was something about his mother and I wearing the same fragrance that didn't seem quite romantic.
I was given a Jontue gift set as a present but I didn't immediately wear it. There was a 10.5 bottle in the package and a .5 bottle that I slipped into my purse and pretty much forgot about.
One day while pumping gasoline some gas splashed on my hands. I went to the rest room to wash my hands but the fuel smell lingered. Since I was on my way to a business meeting, I took out the small Jontue bottle from my purse and sprayed my wrists to try to mask the strong gasoline fumes.
By the time I reached the meeting, the fuel smell had dissipated but the fragrance of the Jontue pleasantly lingered.
Jontue is a light, floral scent. It's a mixture of soft smelling flowers - mimosa, orange blossoms, gardenias, violets and mimosa with a slight sandlewood and delicate musk undertone. In short, it is clean, fresh fragrance.
Jontue comes in three sizes - .5 ounces, 2.3 ounces and 10.25 ounces. They also had a dusting powder which I thought was a bit of overkill of the fragrance and I'm not sure if it's still available.
The thin, oval spray bottle is clear glass with a pretty flower design embossed on the bottle and has a large white cap. The packaging is a muted pink impressionist floral design. There are larger gift sets that come with a combination of bottles 10.25 and .5 ounces, 10.25 and 2.3 ounces, 10.25 with a dusting powder and so forth. Or the pieces can be affordably purchased individually at large fragrance outlets and the cosmetic section of your favorite drug store and is generally readily available.
The spray cologne starts at around $10 with gift sets priced at under $25 dollars.
A pump or two of colgone on my neck and wrists will last all day and is never overpowering like some of the more expensive perfumes on the market. And when people come in close, the fragrance is invariably complimented. I also enjoy the scent when it lingers on my clothes even if I'm not wearing the fragrance on my body.
As a corporate special event planner, I've had the privilege of doing events for some of the most well-known and costly perfume manufacturers. They often will give me product samples or full and very expensive bottles of perfume as a gift. However I usually find these costly fragrances to be too overpowering even when sparcely used and will pass them along as gifts to friends and family.
It may not be expensive but Jontue is the fragrance I'll buy for myself and ask "Santa" for every Christmas.
