Cons:On the pricey side - like most Jura Capresso machines.Grinder is a bit loud.
This is my third Jura Capresso coffee maker - and I have liked each one better than the last. I am puzzled by some of the comments on this coffee maker - the lid on the carafe does come off. A simple push to the left on the lever which operates the pouring mechanism (just like unscrewing a jar lid) and the lid pops right off for cleaning and water. The water fill guide (for how many cups you want) is inside the water compartment. It's a little inconvenient but, there is one. The burr grinder is great, it hasn't clogged yet, even after months of use. There is even a little monitor (a smiling/unsmiling emoticon) which lets you know when to change the water filter.
