The Bottom Line: Don't buy their software. We ended up chucking their software, biting the bullet and buying software (again) from another company and are very happy we did so.
The software was difficult to use and was not adjustable to our way of doing business. For instance, you could not delete entries that were entered improperly. You can only back out entries through additional transaction. Additionally, we could not adjust the data on clients we wanted to enter. We could enter data thay they deemed important. The company was non-responsive when we asked questions or sought changes to the program. We wanted to run reports for expiring shot records for any client. Their program only runs such reports on a daily basis on dogs that have been checked in for that day. So you could not plan for the future and warn clients that may be coming in the future as you could not run a report that informed you that they had expired shots. Their standard answer was - do it our way. They were not willing to take note that there may be more than one way to do business. In our continued pursuit to find a software program that fits our needs, we've had many companies tell us that they have heard similar complaints from other customers. Had we only heard these opinions prior, we would have saved some money. Due to our negative experience, we highly recommend people think twice when purchasing this software.
