While my family and I were at Sams one weekend, we tried a sample of Kellogg's Special K Snack Bites, strawberry and we all really liked it. I was surprised because my daughter is very picky at age four and she asked for another sample.

So, we wound up buying the whole carton at that time. And they went fairly quickly at the house. And then we ordered the 6 count box from Amazon.

Kellogg's Special K Snack Bites, strawberry comes in a .81 ounce pink bag. Maybe that is another reason why my daughter likes them so much. Inside, there are small rectangle shapes of this sweet snack. They are bite size as the name describes. And to me they are fairly filling if I need a quick snack in between meals and on the go.

It's a lightly textured, multigrain snack. It is a combination of whole rolled oats and natural and artificial strawberry flavor.

They are sweet, but not overly sweet and definitely crunchy. So, if you are looking for a sweet and crunchy snack, Kellogg's Special K Snack Bites, strawberry is a great choice.

Each package is only 90 calories. It contains 10% of the day's recommended daily intake of vitamin A, 15% of riboflavin, 8% of vitamin B12, and 6% of vitamin C. It also has a significant percentage of Iron, Thiamin, Folic Acid, and some zinc. There are only 7 grams of sugar in the bag and 2 grams of total fat, and 130mg of sodium.

It has a two point value on the Weight Watchers program.
