Very quiet and efficient

We bought this after our Whirlpool of 9 years started blowing only hot air. We have very narrow windows and the new Kenmore fit perfectly in the space. We bought the 11,500 BTU model. We were immediately surprised on how little electricity it consumed compared to our old air conditioner which was10,000 BTUs. It is also very quiet. We live on the second floor and it gets very hot in the summer. It cools our living room and large eat in kitchen very well. So far we are extremely pleased with our purchase.
