Pros: I love the professional built in look. Stainless is beautiful.
Cons: Lemon, Lemon, Lemon!!! Not dependable at all!

We picked our fridge up on July 27, 2006. By Friday, March 9, 2006 - it won't cool anything. It's still under warranty - only 8 months old! Called the service department - they couldn't send anyone out until Monday - when he came he didn't have the necessary equipment to check everything. We now have to have a new compressor, evaporator coil, and heat exchanger (and wait another ten days until the parts come in and a repair guy can come back out). 3 parts dead on a new fridge!!! Talked with store we purchased the unit from and were told they would not replace with a new appliance - only repair - because that's all the manufacturer would allow... (Our last fridge was a Kenmore too - and the compressor went out in it after only 4 years. My husband told me not to buy another one - but I loved this professional built in look...) I've now seen several reviews with the same problems and outcome as mine. I won't buy Kenmore ever again!!!!!!
