Pros: Low water use, several settings.

Cons: Twists your clothes into knots.

This was the first front load washer (& dryer) that I've owned. There are many good things about this washer but I don't know that I'll purchase another.

The styling of it is nice, we got the red and people like the look. There are many settings for all types of clothes. The main thing that bothers me is that this washer ties everything in knots! Put in a lot, put in a few things and the same thing happens; everything comes out twisted and knotted. Very agrivating.
The first time we used the washer it made a horrible noise. A spring came off that holds up the drum came off sometime during delivery/set-up. It was repaired and seems ok now.
