I fell in love with the "canyon capacity," thinking that as a lover of the outdoors and a pet owner, that this machine would solve our laundry problems. I'm telling you now that I feel like a fool and should have researched this machine thoroughly. First we discovered that the "canyon capacity" was more like "mini-load" if you want your clothes to get clean and even WET! After tangling sheets so badly that they ripped, it started with the weird computer codes, then the spin cycle quit completely. This was after 2 whole months of owning the machine. Have you ever had to wring out heavy towels full of HE soap and hope they would dry? Then I tried to clean off the HE detergent drops that had dried on the top and side of the machine. That detergent would not wipe off the machine after it had dried! We all work too hard for our money to put up with this garbage. I was so upset I went to Sears and told the salesman my story and asked, "which machine should I buy? I'm sending this one back." He scoffed at me and told me to have the machine fixed because it was probably only "somethng minor" and "lots of people LOVE that machine!" LIke I was crazy or something! I told him I'd like to meet those people someday. I was as polite as I could be and told him I didn't want the machine. He then walked away from me and refused to help me! This is Sears! Many of us and our parents have been loyal to that company for decades and this is the type of product they offer as top of the line? I called Sears today and told them to pick up the machine and take it away. Folks, don't let someone take your hard-earned money and give you junk in return, then treat you poorly when you call them on it.
