I bought this product on recommendation from my hairdresser, and I have to say I love it! My stylist told me about this because my hair is very fine and does not have a lot of body to it. I have my hair cut about chin length, with lots of layers. This product really helps add texture and body to my baby-fine hair! The taffy is a lovely purple, and it's the consistency of melted taffy. It smells like fruit candy, too. (Call me nuts, I always sniff it when I use it.) I usually use a pea-sized amount, and rub it between my palms until it melts a little bit. I put it in my hair from the underside through the top. After giving it a good scrunching, I give it a quick blow-dry on low heat. The Kenra taffy holds my curl all day and adds lots of body. AND, I found a really cool trick with this product - if my hair starts to droop a bit during the day, all I have to do is get my hands a little wet and re-scrunch my curls. They bounce right back! So overall, love this stuff - a little goes a long way, you can refresh it during the day, it adds lots of texture and body, and it smells like candy!
