Pros: great tasting coffee
easy to use
48 oz. ready
2 cup sizes
Cons: permanent coffee filters are for one cup at a time,
hot after use
The Keurig B40 makes a great cup of coffee. It's coffee is bursting with flavour. It is also hot. Takes one minute to heat up water. It makes one cup in a minute and in about 15 seconds it is ready to let another cup go. You can keep it turned on and so when you want that coffee it is ready.
I returned a black and decker 5 cup maker. I am the only one who drinks coffee at my house and found the smaller coffee makers to be better. They were still nothing close to a coffee that I would get at Starbucks. I tried sunbeam 4 cup, cuisineart grind and brew, black and decker 12 cup stainless steal. Believe me none of these come close to the Keurig.
I am conservative so I bought the filter that I can put my own bulk coffee in and it is like a superior coffee compared to how it tasted in other machines. I've tried my favourite green tea in the permanent filter; I broke the tea bag and put it in the Keurig filter and it was the best tetley green tea I've tasted. It is a must for any serious coffee drinker that wants the best tasting coffee right at home.
