We only have a shower (no tub) in our apartment, so once our daughter outgrew her little baby tub, we didn't quite know what to do! Kids II Soft & Safe Inflatable Baby Bath Tub to the rescue! This little but sturdy little tub has served us quite well for the past 8 months and I'm sure we has plenty of life ahead! In the entire time that we've had the tub, we've never had to re-inflate it. This is a definite plus. If you could see how my little monkey-girl bounces around in it, you too would be impressed with how well it's held up! The material that the tub is constructed of is a very thick plastic, far stronger than some of the thin stuff you see on pool toys and other, lower quality tubs. The walls of the tub are just high enough to contain most of my daughter's splashes. The tub has been very easy for us to fill and empty. I particularly appreciate the suction cup on the bottom of the tub so that I can hang it on the side of the shower. This makes storage very easy. Also, cleaning the little tub is far easier than I anticipated it would be; they aren't a lot of hard to get to little crevices like in a lot of inflatable stuff. Other reviewers have mentioned a strong rubbery smell emanating from their Kids II Soft & Safe Inflatable Baby Bath Tubs. I don't remember a particularly strong smell coming from ours, at least nothing more than your average plastic smell. Some have also said that this is a tub that can be used for a very small baby. This is most certainly not true: the tub should only be used for children who can sit independently. My daughter is perhaps more of a fan of her Kids II Soft & Safe Inflatable Baby Bath Tub than I am. On several occasions, she has dragged the tub out of it's storage cubby and sat in it with some toys! Perhaps that's the best review this tub can get right there! So, if your little one has outgrown their newborn tub, but isn't quite ready for the big bathtub, or if you are like us, and have only a shower, the Kids II Soft & Safe Inflatable Baby Bath Tub is for you!
