| sofarsogood's Full Review: Kids Ii Soft & Safe Inflatable Baby Bath Tub |
We purchased a Snug-Tub (the other name this product is marketed under) when our daughter was about 6 months old. We had tried a Fisher Price infant tub, but the hard plastic was often cold, and our daughter seemed uncomfortable. A friend recommended the Snug-Tub. This is the absolute best of bath tubs for babies and toddlers. We have continued to use it with our infant as well, further cushioning the bottom with a molded bath sponge.
The inflatable tub is difficult to blow up. Ours has several air inlets that must be blown up individually for different areas. My husband has the knack, he has it inflated just to the point that you can press down hard on the front to let out excess water.
Our tub has a suction cup tab at the top that allows the tub to be attached to the wall of the shower when not in use. I highly recommend this feature, as the inflated tub takes up quite a bit of space in a 1 bathroom household.
The drain plug is difficult to operate open and closed. It has a plastic fitting that goes together. We don't really use the drain plug, as my husband has the inflation just perfect.
I recommend this product to all of my friends who even mention bath-time issues. Our almost-two year old still uses it frequently and loves the soft sides.
