DON'T BUY a KINGSDOWN Mattress!!!!

Pros: they look nice...for ONE person at a time...ONLY.

The Bottom Line: I can not recommend buying a Kingsdown bed at all...uncomfortable plus bad customer service...I am writing this to help assure others do not make the same costly and painful mistake.

We were also "taken" buy this unscrupulous company, "Kingsdown"....this bed looked good in the store, tested well too...we were actually sold on another bed and just happen to pass by the Kingsdown on the way out when the salesperson at Kacey Fine Furniture in Denver said..."Oh wait...THIS is THE bed for you!!!" I loved the look of it and immediately loved the feel of it too...HOWEVER, the night it arrived in our home both my boyfriend and I thought maybe there was a mistake...something was missing...as we both felt significant sagging in the middle...like we were being forced to roll towards the center...NOT a snuggling, cozy feeling but a sagging in the center, sides much higher feeling...much different and horrible!!
I called the store the next day and they said..."oh NO...you must keep it...you simply need to break it in and it will be wonderful!"...NOT TRUE at all...no change whatsoever...Kacey Fine Furniture was no help at all...you could tell they had come across this sort of complaint before and were skilled at deflecting our comments...quite shocking actually...for what they charge for this bed you would think it would be amazing...but the only thing i find amazing is that they (Kingsdown) are still in business! they even agreed to send their "corporate bed testers" to our house to check it out and these "professionals" found nothing wrong with our bed...better luck next time!!...(and buy a better known and respected brand is my hard won lesson!) I do agree with one of the other people who reviewed this bed...when you sleep on it ALONE...it is much better...oh great, I thought...we have spent over $2000.00 for a bed for one person!!! NEVER AGAIN....RUN away from these beds!!!!!!!!!
