Horrible Nightmare Mattress and I paid for it! ! ! Ugh!

The Bottom Line: No No No! Do not buy this mattress. It is a terrible product and way over priced.

This mattress was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. It was good for around 6 months and then it sagged and sagged and sagged. I hate everything about this mattress. My husband picked it out! and now his back hurts worse than mine. His chiropractor appointments are costing more each month! We are buying a different mattress ASAP. Even the lying salesman figured it out before we tarred and feathered him and closed shop and left town! I may try and call up on the warranty but it doesn't sound good from all the other comments I have read.
The salesman was very convincing and we used the machine he had to figure out our sleep number. He really made it sound wonderful. And the first 6 months were nice but after that it sagged in the middle and gave us no support. Now I wake up with an aching back almost every morning. The fluffy pillow top is way too hot for me. It was sheer torture trying to sleep this summer. I can't wait to get something else. We will have to go into debt to get another one, but we just can't go on like this anymore. It seems like around $1,000 for a decent spring mattress with a prorated warranty that doesn't charge for shipping. Prorated warranties are supposedly better than the kingsdown one. I hope and pray my husband chooses one soon or else I am going down to Goodwill and buy a cheap used one. Even the floor with egg carton foam would be better to sleep on that this piece of trash.
We spent the day trying out spring mattresses and are tending towards a Beautyrest by Simmons, the Englander isn't too bad either. We are going to take our time. My husband is actually scared to try another mattress. But we just can't sleep.
