I found that this is a great thumb drive to have and depend on when you need it to work for you, I have had no problems with it at all. The only problem I had was with the USB cap. The snap cap connectors will wear out and the cap won't stay on by its self any more.

One time I thought I had a problem saving music files, because it was only saving about 25% of the 2GB capacity. The problem was that I didnt create a folder and place all the files in a folder. After that it saved to full capacity. Just a heads up if you have that problem with any USB thumb drive. It's a great thumb drive. I have read stories where people left them in their pants pocket and washed them in the washer machine. And after they let them dry out they worked just as good as new.
