I was pleasantly surprised by Kirkland Signature toilet paper. I came across this when my daughter had to go to the restroom in the store. I noticed that they actually were using their own brand in the bathrooms and paid attention to how it felt: strong, soft, ripped easily, etc. I was very nicely surprised.
This package holds 36 rolls of toilet tissues in one large plastic bag. At first when buying the tissue, I was shocked that each individual roll was wrapped in paper. Now, I am wishing for the individual wrapping of paper- that recycles. Now, they are wrapping each individual roll in a plastic wrapper of its own! I was so bothered by it, I actually wrote the company to ask why they switched and if they can switch back. Plastic like this cannot be recycled (at least in my area).
The Product The tissue looks small and compact. It is safe for septic systems and home or business use and even resale if you need to or want to do so.
The tissue is embossed with a little pattern. It seems to have a flower in the middle of a shield or shape that kind of reminds me of a wallpaper pattern. The tissue is 425 sheets of double ply paper and measure (per their wrapper) 53.1 sq. ft and is 4 inches by 4.5 inches.
It is a pretty strong tissue and it does the job very well. I have even used it to clean up the daughter’s tooth paste or mouth wash when there are spills in the bathroom. It almost feels like a paper towel! It doesn’t take too much to take care of things and the tissue seems very absorbent. It seems to last quite a while and it is priced right!
When you need something reasonably priced that feels nice to the touch and takes care of business, you might check out this toilet tissue. I have noticed that you can even find it online at some retailers. It’s great to make a big purchase and to be done with it for a while.
Overall Impressions You cannot really say too much about toilet paper other than whether it’s soft enough, takes care of business and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. So, I will leave it at that. My only regret is that every roll is covered in a plastic wrap now and is a terrible waste since these cannot be recycled. Price wise, it’s an excellent deal! Here is another satisfied customer purchasing one of the essentials without having to pay too much for it.
