basschica's Full Review: Kirkland Signature Hydrating Shampoo 40 oz
I, like the first reviewer am a Matrix fan. I love the sleek and Biolage lines and have used them for the majority of the last few years. I knew Costco carried 1 of the Paul Mitchell lines and was tempted to get some since their prices are great on everything but saw a 2 pack of the 40oz bottles of Kirkland Signature shampoo and decided to take the plunge. I am pretty picky on certain products and have my loyalties in those areas. Charmin bath tissue and Tide detergent are 2 I hated to ever veer away from and the Kirkland Signature branded items were so cheap I figured if I hated it, it wasn't a huge loss and I could give the rest away.
At any rate, with the success of those, I went for the shampoo, figuring if I didn't like it, I'd pawn off the rest to my boyfriend. No need! I'm also a person that doesn't appreciate squeeky clean clarifying shampoos. Essentially anything that isn't a creamy/pearly texture tends to over dry my hair and make it feel too stripped. The Kirkland Signature Hydrating Shampoo delivered as promised on the labeling. My hair felt reasonably manageable when rinsed, which usually won't happen until I put a good dose of conditioner and let it sit with other "cheap" brands. I have never had a store branded shampoo I liked and figured I never would, but I am really pleased with the KS one. I intend to pick up some of their conditioner on my next trip as well since I am so happy with the shampoo.
