Pros: Good cooking qualities (gets to temp fast and stays there), many pieces, heavy, beautiful
Cons: Smallest saucepan is 2 quarts. Very heavy. Not a prestigious brand like All-Clad.
The Bottom Line: Great buy and quality, and it will last you a lifetime. If you like cooking, these will make cooking more fun.

| nosaturn's Full Review: Kirkland Signature Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cookwar... |
We bought this fine cookware after much research. The copper and aluminum cores mean this cookware gets up to temperature fast and is stays there which is especially import ant to those of us using glass top electric stoves since they tend to cycle on and off frequently. They also let you cook at much lower temperatures so your less likely to burn your food - this will be wonderful for when we move to gas in a few months. The stainless steel outermost layer ensures that they won't alter the flavor of food and make cleanup a little easier, as well as make them very beautiful. I can't wait to have a pot rack to hang these by!
They are really heavy, which can be good, but also has the downside of being heavy. The set came with many pieces, and we pretty much use them all. I just wish there was a little change in the variety. The sauce pans come in 2, 3 and 4 quart size. I'm really missing my 1 quart saucepan and would gladly trade it for the 2 quart size.
These have a mirror finish on the outside as opposed to the flat satin finish on All-Clad (and similar) cookware, so for those of you into looks, they look great, but might not match if you have other stainless steel gear.
The interior is good, but I made the mistake of using a spoon to try to scrape the bottom leaving small scratches on the inside. It won't affect anything; they just remind me now that I should use my non-abrasive scrubber and soak them for a short bit before I clean them. I love the fact that with the stainless steel interior I can use anything to cook with, unlike non-stick where I have to remember to use plastic and wood utensils - tongs are the ultimate in kitchen tools.
