I just purchased the 13 piece Kirkland S/S cookware set at Costco. I had never been to Costco, and went strictly to buy this set, based on reviews seen here. Very heavy duty, 5-ply base construction. Gently rolled edges to reduce splatter and make pouring much simpler. I can't get over the shear beauty of this set. It's simply gorgeous, and ANYONE seeing them are instantaneously jealous. The handles are smooth and solid. The lids, and handles on the lids are solid, S/S and the set is oven-proof. I have never bought my own cookware. I've always used what was given me. I cannot wait to try out this beautiful cookware of Italian manufacture. These are definitely an All-Clad knock-off! I don't know who manufactures this set, but they have an absolute gold mine! Please, do yourself a favor and purchase this set. I promise, you will NOT be disappointed, there's no way! I'll add another opinion as I use the set. Although, it seems a shame to get them dirty! I was going to tuck them away in my new kitchen cabinets, but my husband and I have both decided to PROUDLY display them!
