Pros: Nice stainless steel doors

Cons: Nothing else - this thing stinks.

We have had this model since 2001. In that time, the compressor has failed (just after the warranty expired), the water and ice dispenser ceased to function after the door rubbed the connecting wires raw (fixed at my expense), and finally, the door to the butter compartment broke off. Basically, the mounting piece rotted and fell out. I sent a detailed letter to Whirlpool (parent company) requesting they repair it. Although they sympathize, they will not help me on this LEMON. The only way to fix it is to replace the entire door. Cost = $432 + shipping.

I regret ever buying this POS.

Run, don't walk to another manufacturer.
