I originally reported that after using the self clean feature for the first time, the blue enamel started to flake off in one corner of the oven. I placed a service call to Kitchen Aid and they are coming out to inspect the oven this week. This is the second service call on this oven since we had it installed in 2 months ago. I will follow up with another review to let everyone know how this turns out.

UPDATE: Kitchen Aid did the right thing. We reported the problem and Kitchen Aid sent a representative to inspect the problem. Soon after, Kitchen Aid contacted us to make arrangements to replace the oven. This is exactly how we wanted this to turn out. Good job Kitchen Aid.
