As soon as this microwave was plugged in, there was a problem! The controll panel (touch pad)wouldn't work. We had simply plugged it in and couldn't get past the inital "prompt"- Engish or French?

After 2 weeks of waiting for a service call, having it removed and taken back to the store, they replaced the entire touch pad which appeared to be " frozen". This was a great inconvenience to us since we had also purchased the dual fuel range and had to wait several weeks for the "gas" people to come and hook it up. Thank goodness it was warm enough out to bar-b-que!
Now, after one month of use, it's happened again!!! We had pushed the button for the fan and the entire touch pad and light/fan buttons are now frozen.
I looked at a lot of the reviews before purchase and decided that even though I couldn't find much on this appliance, I would make the purchase based on matching the stove.
I will now be fighting with the store that I bought it from to come and take it away...2 strikes and it's out! I will insist that they are the ones to remove it since it is extremely large and heavy and requires at least 2 strong people to install it!
