Pros: Holds heat, versatile, large (but not too large to fit in oven).
Cons: Heavy, gets ugly fast (but still makes great food).

One thing I also do is sprinkle corn meal on the pizza peal before putting the dough on it so it will slide easier into the oven. 		Dec 26 '05
