lots of trouble poor support

Pros: nice picture IF you can get it to show them!!

Cons: fails to read memory cards can not load photos onto frame- terrible tech support

1st one purchased I was told to return to store by a Kodak 'tech' because the memory card would not show up.
2nd frame- loaded all photos from computer onto memory card (in Frame) and nothing but a time glass! 6 e-mails to Kodak- and no help- just tell you to "UPDATE" and had told them 2x's that the frame was already updated to latest firmware. By the way, no real updates for MAC OS 10.3
and only 1 for 10.4
yeah sharp pictures IF you can get it to work the way it should! KODAK is losing in my book.
I will return for another Brand that works and with better support.
