| elmexicano's Full Review: Kodak EasyShare Z710 Digital Camera |
One thing that I have always looked for in a camera is the quality when it is being used full zoom.
I have always loved to take pictures; family events, road trips, nature and wild life. So to take a picture of this wide variety I needed a camera that had great close up capability, and an awesome zoom because it isn't easy to get close up pictures of wild animals.
My main problem was that I couldn't find a camera that I could afford, that had the desired qualities. The Kodak Z710 has everything that I could ever ask for in a digital camera. It is easy to use, durable, good battery life, and the photo quality is amazing.
Easy To Use
All of the buttons on the camera are clearly marked making it easy to find the location of the flash, timer, and zoom. It is also easy to recognize the menu button, review, and delete buttons.
Durability
To get the best pictures I wouldn't be able to stay on the beaten path. Nature is wild, and there is always a new place to explore so I needed a camera that wouldn't break as I was hiking up a hill, or riding my four wheeler up a canyon.
However I wouldn't have had to go far to test the durability of a camera. I have a big family, and with the growing number of nieces and nephews I wouldn't be able to protect my camera all of the time, so I needed one that could take a little bit of a beating if they got a holed on it.
So far I have fallen and dropped my camera, and my one and a half year old nephew decided to play catch, and missed. But after all that has happened to it it is still working great.
Battery
One thing that I hate is when I would be up on the mountain and the battery would just die, and I wouldn't be able to take all of the pictures that I wanted. But with the Kodak Z710 I haven't ever run out of battery power in the middle of a trip.
The Kodak Z710 came with a non-rechargeable battery that I am currently using as a back up, and I have one rechargeable batter that I am always using.
Picture Quality
I love my Z710 because I can take pictures that compare to pictures take by a professional photographer. From close head shots, to wedding pictures, to wild life that is more than a hundred yards, it always takes good quality pictures.
