Since I haven't seen a statement from Kohl's charge card for a while, and went online to check. Shockingly, I found that they have posted a late fee of $29 and finance charge of $2.83, and I swear that I have never seen their statement!

I called the customer service, and complained that I have never received their statement. First, the rep says that she can remove the late fee, but not the finance charge, and I have to pay it over the phone immediately, with a $10 fee. Something is smoking.
After much arguing, and my demand to talk to someone who has the authority, she agreed to remove both, but only after I pay the amount, soon.
I don't mind too much about the extra money, but the way they conduct this is highly suspecious. It seems to me, this is in the realm of scam, and it is from a likable retailer!
