We received this high chair as a shower gift and began using it when my son was about six months old. After using it for slightly over one year, I must admit that I have been disappointed.

FEATURES

- The height of the chair is adjustable, making it able to become a child seat at your kitchen table, but after only a year my son's chair has become very wobbly and unstable.

- The seat reclines for younger babies which is convenient, but the problem with this is when the seat is tilted back the tray is at an angle also, so you can't set anything on it.

- The seat and back cushions are plastic covered for easy cleaning, but we found that they ripped and cracked very quickly. Also the seat cushion is held in place by plastic loops which fir around hooks underneath the chair, but the loops ripped and the seat cushion would not stay on after only two months of use.

- The tray is very easy to remove and replace, you just squeeze the front and pull it off.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

When I contacted Kolcraft, the representative was very friendly. They sent me another set of cushions free of charge, which arrived in less than a week. However, the new cushions seem as flimsy as the ones they are replacing and one of the loops is already ripped again.

Overall, this high chair has been a disappointment for us.
