Pros: None

Cons: Server was not knowledgeable in food preparation. Chef didn't correct problem. Over-priced mediocre food.

My family and I had a less than magical experience at the Kona Cafe. Our meal was not cooked to perfection, the chef stated he would personally take care of it and recook our meals, but sadly he did not. Our steak went from under-cooked to over-cooked. I guess the chef did not personally take care of it, as he stated he would. Our complaints fell on deaf ears - no pun intended. We will never go back.
