There are 60 calories in a serving of sauce with no calories coming from fat. There are 450 mg of sodium, 16 g of total carbs and 14 g of sugars in a serving. The sauce is high in carbs and salt. Unfortunately it also contains high fructose corn syrup.

The ingredients in Kraft Honey Barbecue Sauce are high fructose corn syrup, vinegar, water, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and modified food starch. It also contains less than 2% of molasses, natural hickory smoke flavor, mustard flour, spice, dried garlic, dried onions, and paprika. Of course plain chicken is better for you than chicken covered in barbecue sauce but it sure tastes better with the sauce.

Kraft Honey Barbecue Sauce can be found at most grocery stores in the aisle with the other condiments. I normally wait until it goes on sale for a dollar a bottle and then I stock up. Right now it is on sale for a dollar and I have coupons for $1/2 so I am getting the bottle for .50. I will try to get enough barbecue sauce to last me the grilling season.

I always try to keep a few bottles of barbecue sauce in my cupboards year round. I like to cook barbecue chicken, honey barbecue wings and ribs at least once a month. I do keep a few different flavors though.

You can use Kraft Honey Barbecue Sauce on any items you like barbecue sauce. It is on the thick side and clings to my foods. I enjoy the taste of the price of the Honey Barbecue Sauce and would recommend it to others.
